Shri Dashrath Gupta, Advocate for the respondent No.2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant in the instant case is not cooperating to the extent of providing the details of legal representatives of the owner of the vehicle with which he could be impleaded as necessary party. He further submits that inspite of various correspondence made by him, the appellant is not interesting to pursue with the appeal and as such he pleads no instruction in the matter. In view of above submission made, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
