Learned Counsels appearing for the parties submit that the matter in the instant case can be disposed of in the light of the bunch of writ petitions which was disposed of by this Court on 25.1.2018, lead case among which being W.P.(S) No. 5840 of 2017.

In the light of the said submissions of the learned Counsels for the parties, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in similar terms. Accordingly, let Zila Panchayat, Raigarh re-examine the case of the Petitioner also in the light of the communication received by the Zila Panchayat from Respondents No. 4 and 5 and an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest.

It is expected that considering the fact that other similarly placed persons have already been appointed, the case of the Petitioner be also considered at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 4.
