Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 6 /11/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the competent appellate authority.

(2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, if the petitioner files appeal before the appellate authority within 30 days from today, and in turn,
