1. This bail application was listed in the weekly list of final hearing in the week commencing from 13.12.2021 to 17.12.2021. Case was called up for final hearing on 13.12.2021, on the said date, no one appeared to press the bail application and the case was passed over. When the case was again called up for hearing in the second round on 17.12.2021 (Friday), on that date also, none appeared on behalf of applicant. Today also, no one appeared on behalf of applicant to press this application.
