1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 15.07.2014 whereby the earlier order of transfer dated 11.07.2014 transferring the Petitioner from Kumarta (Dharamjaigarh) to Kharasiya was cancelled.

2. By virtue of interim order granted in favour of Petitioner on 22.07.2014 he is discharging his duties at Kharsiya till now.

3. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however shall have an opportunity to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so arises.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Sd/- (P.Sam Koshy) Judge
