I.A. No. 1 of 2016 has been filed to condone delay of 144 days in filing the appeal.

Having heard the Counsel for the parties, the explanation for the delay as also the fact that the impugned order of termination has already been set aside in a batch of writ appeals, led by Writ Appeal No. 484 of 2015 and analogous writ appeals, by common order dated 18.2.2016, we consider it proper to condone delay and dispose the present appeal in similar terms as order dated 18.2.2016. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
