(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation to revoke the suspension order before the Collector, Balod, which is pending consideration till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, the Collector, Balod is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending representation to revoke the

suspension order of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
