(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from the Office of the Executive

Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Raigarh to the Office of the Public Health Engineering Board, Kondagaon, District Kondagaon in the mid-academic session by the impugned transfer order dated 08.03.2016 passed by respondent No.1 and therefore, he may be permitted to make fresh representation for redressal of his grievance before the State Government within a period of two weeks from today. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the State Government within a period of two weeks from today, State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably further within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner along with copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

(6) Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter.
