1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 201/2018 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 354 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the prosecutrix/victim is examined before the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
