1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.2/2021 registered in Police Station: Baikunthpur District Koriya for offence under Section 366, 376 (2)(h)(n), 342 and 506 of the IPC.

2. The prosecutrix is a married lady aged about 26 years. As per her statement, the applicant has been committing sexual intercourse for quite some time. However, for an incident allegedly happened on 1.1.2021, present FIR has been lodged on 7.1.2021. For previous sexual intercourse committed by the applicant, no report has been lodged nor it was revealed to her husband or to any other relative.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 7.1.2021; charge sheet has already been filed and the quality of evidence on record, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
