1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has is that the husband of the petitioner died while serving respondents on 11.05.2003, however, till date the petitioner has not been given the pensionary benefit for which she is entitled for.

2. Given the limited greivance that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make a fresh representation in addition to what has already made before the respondent No. 2 to 4, who in turn shall process the case of the petitioner and decide whether the petitioner is entitled for pension or not. If the petitioner is entitled for the pension, she be given benefit at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
