1. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate General submits that the Order dated 05.03.2020 passed in WP(C) No. 835 of 2020 by this Court has since been complied with and as such the matter itself can be closed at this juncture.

2. This fact has not been opposed by the counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dropped. The respondents stand discharged of the contempt proceedings. It is expected that the respondent-State and the State counsel would ensure that the copy of the order of compliance would be provided to the counsel for the applicant or the applicant himself.
