1. Heard.
2. Petitioner has filed this petition against the order/notice dated 29/03/2017 of dispossession of the petitioner from Nazul land. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations of encroachment are illegal. The petitioner has applied for grant of lease of the land abutting the land which was allotted to him under the settlement.
3. The petitioner has chosen to challenge the notice of dispossessing dated 29/03/2017 issued in execution of order earlier passed on 17/12/2015. In the absence of any challeng the order dated 17/12/2015, this Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner against the notice, which is in execution of the earlier order. As far as prayer of allotment is concerned this is a matter of consideration of the competent authority and no direction can be issued to the authority in this regard. Nevertheless, the petitioner may place his
application before the concerned authority. With the said liberty and observation, the petition is disposed off.
