After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw the instant bail application and also prays that direction be issued to the concerned Court to dispose of the case as early as possible. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
