1. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents jointly submit that in an exercise, later on undertaken, after filing of this petition, the respondents have found certain amount payable to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the exercise which has now been undertaken redresses grievance of the petitioner.

3. Placing on record the aforesaid submissions, the petition is finally disposed off as having rendered infructuous.
