There is a prayer for recall of order dated 15.10.2015 on the submission that the default could not be removed because the document which was required to be submitted itself was received from the concerned office after some delay. However, as soon as copy was received which has been placed on record.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, it would be appropriate in the interest of justice to restore the petition to its original number. 3.

Accordingly, the effect of automatic dismissal of the petition is set at naught and the petition is restored to its original number.
