1. The counsel for the petitioner prays for moving an appropriate representation before the State authorities ventilating his grievances against the impugned order of transfer dated 01.04.2021 transferring the petitioner from Koriya to Surajpur.

2. Subject to the petitioner making representation to the authorities

concerned, the authorities concerned are expected to take into consideration all the grounds and contentions that petitioner shall raise in his representation showing his inconveniences upon his being transferred. The authorities are expected to pass a reasoned order.
