The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of the WPC No. 1126 of 2012, which was got dismissed for want of prosecution vide its order dated 19.07.2018.

Considering the entire facts & circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration, the main grounds that has been raised in the present MCC this Court is of the opinion that subject to depositing a fine of Rs. 2500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 within a period of 7 days from today. The original writ petition would stand restored to its original number.
