Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/05/2017 Heard.

1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by order dated 24.3.2017 of the State Information Commission.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents demanded by the petitioner were not supplied, yet the Commission has closed the matter by recording a perverse finding that the documents demanded by the petitioner were supplied.

According to the petitioner, enquiry report was supplied but, other records were not supplied.

3. The information sought by the petitioner itself was quite vague and he only said that all the documents on which enquiry was made be supplied. There is no specific mention of the documents of which the petitioner sought disclosure. If,

-2on this vague application, enquiry report has been supplied, it is sufficient compliance of the requirement of Right to Information Act.
