This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 26.02.2018 passed by respondent No. 2- Collector, Raigarh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law and is liable to be set aside. 3.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for State would submit that the order passed by the Collector is appealable before the State Government under Clause 18(2) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order with utmost circumspection.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the State Government within a period of 30 days from today. If such an appeal is preferred by the petitioner, then the State Government shall consider and dispose of the appeal expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
