1. The prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner was for a direction to the respondents to reopen CG-GST Portal enabling the petitioner to file GST TRAN-1 Form.

2. Pending the writ petition, the Counsel for the petitioner today has produced email issued by the IT Grievance Redressal Committee (ITGRC) dated 03.04.2020 which enables the petitioner to submit its GST TRAN-1 Form.

3. According to the counsel for the petitioner, this email dated 03.04.2020 would redress the grievance of the petitioner as of now, hence the writ petition accordingly may be disposed of.

4. The limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the the State Counsel.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of enabling the petitioner to submit its GST TRAN-1 Form in the light of the E-mail dated 03.04.2020 passed by the IT Grievance Redressal Committee. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyotijha
