Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a complaint to the respondent authorities against respondent No. 4 and on the basis of the complaint proceedings has been initiated against respondent No. 4 but is pending consideration before the Tahsildar since 21.08.2017.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, District Raipur is directed to consider and dispose of the said proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
