Learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State submits that registration of employment for the post of Rural Horticulture Extension Officer has to be held not mandatory, which has been communicated to the petitioner by order dated 20.4.2016, to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has become infructuous as examination has been taken by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infractuous. No order as to cost(s).
