Agrawal Order On Board 30/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is pending consideration before the Labour Court and the Labour Court has already rejected the application for interim relief such as subsistence allowance and, therefore, the Labour Court be directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application finally. (2) Be that as it may, since the Labour Court has already rejected the application for interim relief, Labour Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application finally within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
