1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall remove the minor default as pointed out by the Registry.

2. Let the petitioner cure the default during the course of the day itself. With the consent of the parties, the matter was heard finally at admission stage.

3. The petitioner seems to be aggrieved of the decision on the part of the respondents in appointing respondent no.8 as the Circle Coordinator (Cluster Academic Coordinator) for Circle Mitgai, Block Ramchandarpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj.

4. The main contention of the petitioner is that the respondent no.8 is not competent and eligible to be appointed as a Circle Coordinator as he is working as an Assistant Teacher and the petitioner who is working as a Teacher is fully eligible for being appointed as a Circle Coordinator.

5. Given the aforesaid limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh representation/objection before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 in turn shall take an appropriate decision on the same in accordance with the rules, regulations and the guidelines governing the field after due hearing being granted to the respondent no.8, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of submission of the fresh representation by the petitioner.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent no.3 shall take a decision

strictly in accordance with the guidelines governing the field.
