Considering the fact that the employment, which the petitioner is seeking, is with the Bhilai Steel Plant which is an organization under the Steel Authority of India which inturn has been notified under the Administrative Tribunal Act 1985. The matter has to be dealt with by the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal.

Counsel for the petition prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Tribunal.

As prayed for, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
