1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to bring the process of selection to its logical conclusion by issuance of appointment order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the petitioner was subjected to selection process for appointment to the post of Aushdhalay Sevak and after the select list was prepared, the credentials and documents of the petitioner were also verified in the month of January, 2017 but thereafter the petitioner did not hear any further progress.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the matter is pending at the State Government level and the authority shall look into the matter and

appropriate decision shall be taken in the matter of appointment.

4. At this stage, it would be appropriate to dispose off the matter with the direction to the respondents to bring the process of selection to its logical conclusion as early as possible. In case, no decision is taken in the matter within a further period of three months, it would be open for the petitioner to revive the petition. The petitioner shall submit a copy of this order before the competent authority within a period of three weeks from today.
