(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a victim of frequent transfers. He further submits that vide the impugned transfer order dated 29.03.2016 passed by respondent No.4, whereby he has been transferred from Surajpur to Branch Charcha, District Koriya within seven months from the earlier date of
posting. Against which, he has made a representation before respondent No.4-Chief Executive Officer, District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Ambikapur for cancellation of his transfer and Collector, Surajpur as well as Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society, Surajpur have also recommended for cancellation of his transfer, which has not been decided till this date.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.4- Chief Executive Officer, District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Ambikaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
