This is the second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.33/2020, registered at Police Station Ramanujnagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

The first bail application of the applicant

was dismissed on merits vide order dated 21.09.2020 in MCRC No.4631/2020.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any change in the circumstances to entertain this second bail application.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed.
