Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the default in W.P(S) No.2312/2015 shall be removed within a period of fifteen days from today. In view of statement made, present MCC is allowed and the W.P.(S) No.2312/2015 is restored it its original number subject, however, to removal of default pointed out in the said writ petition within a period of fifteen days from today.

It is made clear that no further opportunity shall be allowed for removing the default pointed out in the W.P.(S) No.2312/2015.
