1. This petition has been filed on the sole grievance of appeal which has been preferred by the petitioner against the order of termination be decided at the earliest.
2. According to the petitioner, he had preferred an appeal on 16.01.2017 which has not been decided till date.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority i.e. the respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Chhattisgarh Armed Forces, to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from today.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the State counsel to communicate this order to the concerned authority.
5. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
