Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Rural Agricultural Extension Officer at Surgi and he has applied for transfer to Chhuikhadan whereas he has been transferred to Chhuria. He would further submit that petitioner is suffering from paralysis and unable to move. He would further submit that if the transfer order is allowed to stand, he would suffer extreme hardship. He would lastly submit that petitioner is going to retire within two years and he be permitted to make a representation before the competent authority/State Government. 2.
Learned counsel for the State would submit that Collector of District has already made recommendation in favour of the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the competent authority/State Government within a period of 15 days, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with
law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. Till then, for a period of four weeks, impugned order of transfer dated 29/10/2015 shall remain stayed. 4.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
