The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present petition is that, the petitioner has been serving with the respondent since 1997 as a part time sweeper and was appointed and full time sweeper in the year 2007. According to the petitioner in between the respondent have considered the case of the respondent No. 5 to 7

-2brining them in the regular establishment much earlier ignoring the seniority of the petitioner. Prayer of the petitioner is that the claim of the petitioner be also considered at par with the respondents No. 5 to 7.

The petitioner in this regard has filed a representation on 09.01.2010. In view of the fact that the representation has not been filed recently let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondent No. 2 within a period of further two weeks from today, and on receipt of the said representation the respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner in comparison with the respondents No. 5 to 7 and shall pass a reasoned order deciding the representation. Let the exercise be done within a period of 90 days from the date of the receipt the representation made by the petitioner.
