1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.211/2020 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, Raipur, District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 21 (C) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. The earlier bail application for dismissed by a detailed order on merits.

4. Applicant was found in illicit possession of psychotropic substances. Out of 33 cartons of Phensirest cough syrup containing codeine psychotropic substance recovered from the accused person, 11 cartons belongs to the present applicant.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Considering the whopping quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant, I am not inclined to take any different view of the matter to entertain this repeat bail application.
