1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the Collector is pending consideration before the State Government since 5-11-2016, same be considered and decided.

2. The prayer is just, fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the State Government is directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
