Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/07/2017 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court directed the applicant to decide respondent / writ petitioner's claim for appointment as land oustee. It is submitted that the proceeding towards implementation of this order, recommendation has been made to the Collector, Korba. It is submitted that applicants are awaiting the response from the Collector and as soon as they receive the response, claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided in accordance with law.

State counsel submits that as there is a direction of this Court, the Collector would also send his recommendation according to his own understanding on the subject at the earliest. In view of the aforesaid submission, this MCC is presently disposed off with a further extension of four months to the applicants and the Collector shall give his own recommendation / comments within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The applicant shall submit an order of this Court before the Collector, Korba for necessary compliance.
