Justice Rajani Dubey Order 01.07.2021 The review petition is filed by the petitioner seeking review and recall of the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in Criminal Revision No. 1009 of 2018. In the present review petition, various grounds have been raised asailing correctness of the findings recorded by this Court. The grounds do not make out any case for review and the reveiw petition is by no means an appeal in disguise. The review petition is misconceived and is therfore dismissed in chamber.
