Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 6 /11/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make representation to the Collector, Dhamtari for redressal of his grievances in light of the Circular dated 11.07.2014 issued by the State government.
(2) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the
liberty as aforesaid. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation along with the Circular dated 11.07.2014 issued by the State Government before the Collecetor, Dhamtari and, in turn, the Collector shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the receipt of representation.
