Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner be granted time to file reply to the show cause notice issued by Nagar Panchayat, Bhakhara as the time granted has already been expired. 2.
If the petitioner files reply to the show cause notice before the Nagar Panchayat, Bhakhara within a period of three weeks from today, his reply be considered by the Nagar Panchayat, Bhakhara in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed
off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
