The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 203/2015 registered in Police Station Mandir Hasod District Raipur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case the applicants along with other co-accused have received different amount from different candidates to provide job in the railways. Subsequently, total amount of Rs.26,50,000/- was paid, however job was not provided. Subsequently, report was made and case was registered.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants
themselves have been deceived and they have not been named in the FIR and main allegations are against Ankur Verma, Rajendra Prasad Sahu, Rajesh Shrivastava and Yadram Sahu who have received the amount and only allegation is made that these applicants have aided in commission of the offence. He therefore submits that applicants being lady and they are are in jail since 17/07/2015, they may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
I have gone through the FIR wherein primary allegations are against four persons and against applicants it is stated that they have aided in the commission of the crime. Considering the level of the allegations against these applicants, applicants being lady and since charge sheet is filed, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
