1. In compliance with the order dated 13.12.2017, learned counsel for the State has submitted the copy of the reports obtained from the office of Advocate General, informing that the appellant Toofan Singh has expired on 20.04.2009, alongwith the copy of the death certificate.

2. As per the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant that the legal representatives of the appellant are not interested to prosecute this appeal.
