Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 08/07/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 24/03/2021 in connection with Crime No. 43/2021 registered at Police Chowki Reruma Khurd, Police Thana Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 354 & 456 of the Indian Penal Code.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this bail application, the applicant has already been acquitted of the charges by the Trial Court and as such he seeks to withdraw this bail application as it has become infructuous. 4) In view of above, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn for having become infructuous.
