Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 6 /11/2015 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application for mutual transfer, which has not been considered by the South Eastern Coalfields Limited and he has been transferred in the same Sub Area.

(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner will make fresh application for mutual transfer in accordance with the SECCL Rules within 20 days from today, the respondents/SECL is expected to take decision on the petitioner's application for mutual transfer in accordance with law

expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof.

(3) In view of the foregoing, this petition is disposed of . No order as to costs.
