1. Petitioner would challenge the order dated 29.03.2017 and 19.05.2017. Admittedly, in petitioner's earlier writ petition, this Court had directed the authorities to decide his representation, which has now been rejected by order dated 19.05.2017 by the Collector, Bilaspur.
2. The order dismissing petitioner's representation against the transfer order is a reasoned order, therefore, considering the scope of interference in petitions challenging transfer and posting as held by the Supreme Court in
E.P. Royappa v. State of Tamil Nadu and another1, Shilpi Bose (Mrs.) and others v. State of Bihar & another2, State of M.P. and another v. S.S. Kourv and others3, Mohd. Masood Ahmad v.
