1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that she was working with Respondent No. 4 as Guest Lecturer Shorthand Hindi. She has been discharging her duty with all due diligence and she has all the experience for last years. It is contended that since the petitioner came to know that certain advertisement is going to be made for the post of Guest Lecturer Shorthand Hindi to which the petitioner may be given preference. It is prayed that the

petitioner may be given the liberty to make a representation so that she may be absorbed in the post.

2. Considering the limited prayer, without any observation on the merit, the petitioner is given the liberty to make a representation to Respondents No. 3 & 4 within a period of 3 weeks from today, if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
