(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the departmental enquiry has already been concluded by the respondents but no final decision has been taken and communicated to the petitioner and therefore, direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Korba is directed to do well and to take a final decision in the departmental enquiry of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
