1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is the impugned order dated 14.10.2016 passed by the Respondent No.3 the Collector, Gariyaband. By way of the impugned order the Petitioner has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Chhura, District - Gariyaband to Primary Health Centre, Amlipadar, District - Gariyaband.

2. The primary objection which the Petitioner has raised is in respect of the competency and power of the Collector in issuance of the impugned

order. However, from the documents enclosed with the Petition it clearly reflects that the Petitioner by efflux of time has already joined at the transferred place of posting.

3. In view of the same nothing further remains for this Court to adjudicate upon. However, keeping in view that the Petitioner has raised his grievance by way of representation before the competent authority wherein he has also raised the ground of competency and power of the Collector, it is expected that the concerned Respondent authority shall decide the representation of the Petitioner objectively at the earliest.

4. With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
