1. Only grievance of the petitioner is that appeal is pending before the State Information Commission, Raipur and the same is not being decided.

2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that date for next hearing is fixed for 12 July, 2021 and submits that the same would be decided within a period of three months.

3. Considering the submission made by the respondent No.2, it appears to be reasonable. Respondent No.2 shall decide the appeal of the petitioner within a further period of three months.
