Shri Manish Nigam, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 19/06/2017 The short grievance raised by the petitioner at this stage of litigation is that though the petitioner has preferred an appeal against an order of suspension dated 09/12/2016, her appeal has remained pending without any decision. The other grievance of the petitioner is that even subsistence allowance has not been paid regularly.

At this stage, this petition is disposed off with a limited direction to respondent No.3 to decide petitioner's appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
