1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 07.01.2019 passed by the Collector, District Durg under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.

2. Under the provisions of law, there is a remedy of appeal available to the petitioners and appeal would lie to the Board of Revenue and petitioners in the past have also gone to the Board of Revenue for the said remedy.

3. In view of the same, granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy of appeal before the Board of Revenue by moving an

appropriate appeal, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.

4. Subject to the petitioners furnishing photocopy of the impugned order the certified copy can be returned back to the petitioners. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rohit
